Suntech SG Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Suntech S.A., is a leading provider of agile OSS/BSS solutions for the telecommunications industry. Our flagship product, SunVizion, supports telecom operators worldwide in efficiently managing network resources and services.
We are looking for an OSS System Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will support and maintain the SunVizion OSS system (Fiber Optical Network Resource and Service Management Domains) for one of the key telecommunications operators in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support (and later also second-line support) for the OSS system.
- Analyze and resolve software incidents reported by the customer; escalate issues to the remote support team in Poland when needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal support teams to meet agreed KPI parameters.
- Test and verify new system versions before go-live.
- Support the customer during system upgrades within agreed maintenance windows.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between all support levels and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Technical Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT networking and telecommunications (especially FTTH and GPON technologies).
- Familiarity with system integration principles (Web Services, SOAP, REST, synchronous/asynchronous integrations).
- Knowledge of databases; basic SQL skills are a plus.

Travel Availability
