Professional are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and relating business
demands. Your responsibilities include aligning priorities, planning and actions
to the overall business objectives. And involve business stakeholders. You will
share and communicate knowledge and innovation. You have knowledge of
the fundamentals of the Semco business model and the value chain.
The function is directly responsible to assist the Project Manager in all aspects
of the assigned project.
- Assist Project Engineers in producing telecom system drawings for
approval submission
- Check system compliance for project requirements and translate to project
documents
- Checking of equipment ordered for a specific project, ensuring technical
compliance with relevant specification requirements
- Provide project progress updates and status reports to Project Manager
- Provide technical support to system assembly and fabrication, and ensure
assembly is done according to project requirements
- Assist Project Engineers to organize and plan usage of available
resources to achieve optimal performance and cost efficiency for each project
- Assist Project Engineer to report, follow-up and resolve on
non-conformance issues and customers complaints
- To maintain Semcos quality policy and take active part in implementing
quality system
- Critical adherence to deadlines
- Assist the Project Engineer to monitor project deliverables in terms of
delivery and quality control
- Assist in site commissioning if required

Education: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT is required
