Job Description:
- Manage daily operational tasks including provisioning and troubleshooting
- Develop and unit test application code according to the client specifications using recommended process, standards and tools
- Develop and maintain well-defined documentations for application maintenance and support
- Strict adherence and application of configuration management procedures for change request
- Collaborate and communicate effectively between clients and cross-functional teams.
- Resolve technical issues by reviewing codes and fixing gaps
- Respond to, and analyse production incidents with troubleshooting and monitoring
- Support migration projects, which includes analysing and processing of network data
- Handle disaster recovery exercise to ensure business continuity plan in compliance with client's governance.
- To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in computer science /engineering/ telecommunication or related fields.
- Preferable candidate with minimum of 1 years local experience in telecommunication project implementation/delivery maintenance/network planning /operating systems /databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarized any of the following programming languages (Python/Bash/Java/JavaScript) is preferable.
- Familiarized with technology platform like Cloud Native or Power BI is preferable.
- Understanding of the OSI model and its 7 layers.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to liaise and interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Selected candidate may need to perform ad-hoc standby duty.
- Candidate with knowledge in Automation and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
