Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive asset origination and revenue generation throughout the deal cycle.
  • Support APAC team in prospecting and managing origination partners.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, showcasing tailored solutions and structures.
  • Provide market insights to enhance products and systems internally.
  • Assist in end-to-end deal execution, including coordination with Legal, Risk, and Operations.
  • Prepare credit packs for investment committee approval.
  • Oversee deal documentation, KYC, and credit approval processes.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to identify new opportunities and monitor risk indicators.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; Master's or CFA preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Corporate Credit Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Background in investment banking, leveraged finance, or credit research is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; an additional Asian language is a plus.
  • Ability to work across time zones as needed.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, financial modeling, and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with capital markets, credit products, and deal documentation processes.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong work ethic.
