Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive asset origination and revenue generation throughout the deal cycle.
- Support APAC team in prospecting and managing origination partners.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, showcasing tailored solutions and structures.
- Provide market insights to enhance products and systems internally.
- Assist in end-to-end deal execution, including coordination with Legal, Risk, and Operations.
- Prepare credit packs for investment committee approval.
- Oversee deal documentation, KYC, and credit approval processes.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships to identify new opportunities and monitor risk indicators.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; Master's or CFA preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Corporate Credit Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Background in investment banking, leveraged finance, or credit research is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; an additional Asian language is a plus.
- Ability to work across time zones as needed.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, financial modeling, and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with capital markets, credit products, and deal documentation processes.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong work ethic.
