Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives, including competency frameworks, job leveling structures, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Conduct organizational assessments and provide insights to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management strategies.
Partner with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose capability gaps and recommend effective OD solutions.
Develop and implement leadership development programs, talent interventions, and career development frameworks.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and learning sessions to support organizational effectiveness.
Monitor OD program effectiveness through key metrics and propose enhancements based on employee feedback and business needs.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies relevant to OD, talent management, and organizational design.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR functions.
Proven ability to design and implement OD frameworks, programs, and change management initiatives.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable operating independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
