Strategically plan, design and drive Organisational Development (OD) strategies, frameworks and processes that support business objectives, drive employee performance, and enhance organisational effectiveness
Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region on OD initiatives, including but not limited to organisational transformation and organisational structure review
Initiate and manage the end-to-end responsibilities of OD projects, which includes assessing organisational development needs, creating and implementing organisational effectiveness strategies to address these challenges, monitoring progress, evaluating the effectiveness of those solutions and reassessing the strategies on an ongoing basis
Conduct external and internal research and analyse data to generate key insights and develop solutions
Prepare and communicate regular updates on progress of ongoing OD programmes to relevant stakeholders for alignment and buy-in
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and above
Minimum 4 years of working experience in any Human Resource function
Minimum 2 years of working on Organisational Transformation and Organisational Structure Review topics
Experience in regional roles and working with senior stakeholders
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, understanding strategy, organisational direction and how they impact tactical execution
Strong interpersonal skills and verbal / written communication skills
