An industry-leading HR technology consulting firm is looking for their newly created Organisation Design Position to redesign workforce of human and AI for their top tier enterprise clients.

What you will need to do:
You will be working with a top tier fast growing HR technology consulting firm, looking at designing workforce between human and AI with their top tier enterprise clients. Things you will need to do include:
- Really identify the work (on top of just org chart) with your clients
- Redesign human and agent organisation
- Translate the design into HR system, working with in-house HR technology consultants and build the people transition
- Lead engagement with enterprise clients
What you will need for this role:
- Between 3 to 10 years experiences within HR organisational design, workforce design, change management environment
- Bakcground in consulting firms, advisory firms, or in-house firm at a large APAC organisation preferred
- Familair with HCM work knowledge
- Experience in leading work redesign
