Our niche: Interior Designers, Architects, Furniture Suppliers, Personal Branding. Platforms we manage: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.

We don't need more posts. We need accounts that grow.

We have a full creative team and a production team. Content gets made. What's missing is someone accountable for whether it works, and willing to change direction when it doesn't.

What you'll do:

• Own the organic result - reach, engagement, page growth and enquiries on every account you hold. That's the measure.
• Find what works and repeat it - a format that pulls on one account gets carried to the next. You own the pattern.
• Set direction with the consultant - they own the client relationship. You own what gets made and why.
• Hold the visual bar - we work in a premium category. Output looks considered, not templated.
• Brief the creative team - complete enough to execute without follow-up. They're never waiting on you.
• Copywriting - captions, hooks, on-creative text. In the client's voice.
• Shoot scheduling and client groupchats - coordinate production, own the day-to-day client thread.

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years running social media accounts, client-facing
• Mandarin & English
• Proof you grew something. Your own page counts.
• Comfortable in native analytics
• Taste, and the ability to defend it
• Juggles multiple accounts without losing track
• WhatsApp fluent - you reply fast

Don't apply if:

• You want a brief handed to you. This role writes the briefs.
• You're loose with details. A typo live on a client account is our problem.
• You go quiet when numbers are bad. Bring it up early and it's fine.
