Order Operations Specialist (Contract to Start) - Singapore

What To Expect
Tesla is seeking an experienced operations candidate to support its Order Operations team. This team manages key processes related to vehicle sales and delivery, tracking all orders from deposit to revenue recognition, and handling the vehicle registration process. In this role, you will collaborate with functional teams to ensure the Order Operations team provides excellent support to internal departments and helps deliver the best possible customer experience.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery and Service Team to enhance workflows, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency

Support the implementation of new sales initiatives and business models by ensuring backend processes are well-structured and aligned

Manage the full vehicle registration process for both customer and internal vehicles, including number plate coordination, accurate fee calculation, document generation, and payment reconciliation

Assist in Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding preparation by verifying customer documents correspond with the application and are ready for submission

Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with Singapore's vehicle trading regulations, ensuring timely and proper form generation

Monitor the performance of new operational initiatives and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes

Develop and maintain internal process documentation to support consistency and provide clear guidance to customer-facing teams

Contribute to regional or global projects as needed, providing local insights and operational support

Take on ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager to support the team's objectives

What You'll Bring

Prior experience in order operations, logistics, or a similar coordination-focused role

A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong time management skills and keen attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems and a proven ability to leverage digital tools to streamline sales or operational processes

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external vendors

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in English, with fluency in the local language is required
