Waters has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an APACOrder Operations Order to Cash S4 Lead to drive and successfully delivering solutions in the S4 HANA Implementation. This role station in Singapore and will report to the Order Operations director, APAC. This role is a fixed term contract for 1.5 years (Mar 2026- Sept 2027).
Collaborating closely with Waters Global S4 project team and Order Operations team and key stakeholders, APACOrder Operations Order to Cash S4 Lead will be the subject matter expert leading APAC to a successful implementation
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving operational excellence, harmonizing best practices, optimizing operations process, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
. Participate in S4 Design Phase as subject matter expert. Participate in Design sessions (functional and cross functional), develop requirements based on industry best practices, review and approve designs for area of expertise
. Participate in S4 Testing Phase Activities: Develop test scripts, prepare test sample data, conduct tests, review/approve test results (automated and manual tests). Participate in S4 Data Mapping Activities: Participate in data modeling design sessions (Align data requirements, policies with process design and business needs), Review and approve data transfer scripts, review, and approve results.. Participate in S4 Change Management Activities: Act a change agent for area of expertise, Design and develop training materials, Act as train the trainer for area of expertise.. Participate in S4 Hypercare: Support S4 program post go-live. Support critical escalations and develop continuous improvement roadmap for future releases
