This Customer Support & Sales Operational position is to support Thai market. This position is for 5 months and subject to extension.
Job Description
. Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to benefit company customers (Thailand) in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administrationor lease administration.
. Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience(from order to installation) by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, andinternational compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and productshipment.
. Resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
. Acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and ServiceDelivery to resolve customer inquiries.
. Influence changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes.
. Require ability to read and write in native Thai language.
Job Qualifications
. Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
. Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
. Typically, at least 2+ years relevant experience in end-to-end order management, customer service in salesorder operational and logistic coordination.
. Good English and Thai (spoken and written) are required to support customers in Thailand market.
. Extended work hours expected during month end period for sales processing closure
