Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and issue purchase orders (POs) in SAP.

  • Ensure all POs comply with internal procurement policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve PO-related queries.

  • Track and follow up on open POs to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

  • Support the procurement team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in order management or procurement.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP PO module is mandatory.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time setting.

  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an MNC manufacturing or life sciences environment.

  • Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and flexible scheduling.
