Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and issue purchase orders (POs) in SAP.
Ensure all POs comply with internal procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve PO-related queries.
Track and follow up on open POs to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Support the procurement team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in order management or procurement.
Hands-on experience with SAP PO module is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time setting.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
Preferred:
Experience working in an MNC manufacturing or life sciences environment.
Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and flexible scheduling.
