The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a global technology manufacturer in the semiconductor equipment industry and we are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support customer engineering requests and technical order coordination. The successful incumbent will work closely with engineering, sales and operations teams to ensure customised equipment orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently.
Role Details
- Employment Type: 12-month contract role (potential for permanent conversion)
- Location: Southwest Region
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
The Job:
- Manage customer engineering or customisation requests and coordinate internally with engineering teams
- Prepare quotations and support pricing for customised orders
- Coordinate technical documentation and configuration for equipment orders
- Support execution of engineering change orders and order updates in internal systems
- Track order progress and support cross-functional coordination across engineering, sales and operations
The Talent:
- Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in order management, project coordination, or technical sales support within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience preparing quotations or supporting pricing for technical products
- Familiarity with ERP systems experience is advantageous
- Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder coordination skills
