Job Duties
(1) Customer Contract Management
. Collect, bill and analyze meter readings from customers and systems. Communicate well with customers and handle data in MS Excel.
. Liaise with Service team, customers to schedule required service task and bill accordingly.
(2) Order Management
. Process regional customers order timely within the standard lead times, providing timely shipment schedule updates and attending to their queries, in order to ensure that our regional customers secure their sales in their respective territory timely.
. Work with Product and Area marketing teams on new product introduction planning.
(3) Enquiries, Complains & Returns
. Provide delightful service to our customers by attending and assisting customers on product procurement and processes related to complaints.
. Report timely to ME and Product HQ, where appropriate, for a quick resolution.
(4) Reporting
. Prepare inventory and slow-moving forecast reports.
. Proactively plan ahead to mitigate any large inventory or slow moving items.
(5) Warehouse & Administration Activities
. Participate in warehousing activities, such as, witnessing stock destruction, Stock Take, Quarterly Walkabouts and UAT programs with new systems by IT divisions etc.
Requirements
Education / Experience:
. At least a degree/diploma inmarketing, business, logistics or a related field is required.
. At least 2 years or more experience in supply chain area of sales administration, especially in inventory management and order processing of goods.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
. Familiar with incoterms and payment negotiating instruments.
. Good communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to details.
. Able to work composed during intense sales operation periods.
. Able to work in a team and customer centric.
