Order Management & Customer Support Specialist

• Receive, verify, and process customer orders from phone, email, and online channels with full accuracy
• Handle customer calls and enquiries, resolve issues, and update customers on stock availability and delivery status
• Coordinate with the warehouse, drivers and logistics partners for on-time dispatch and delivery
• Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers to prevent fulfilment delays
• Keep accurate records of orders, customer communication, and delivery tracking
• Support the ERP-to-Xero migration and Sell & Chill integration, including data migration, reconciliation, SOPs and user training
• Use AI tools to check orders, and suggest improvements to the order workflow

Requirements

• Experience in order processing, customer service or logistics coordination is an advantage fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Xero experience required ERP-to-cloud migration experience is a plus
• Comfortable with high call volumes and fixing order discrepancies quickly
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment
