Job Scope
- Order Processing - Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order
- Prepares samples, price estimates and quotations within customer's expectations and timeframe
- Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection
- Manage customer's product content effectively
- Conduct SAP master data housekeeping
- Plan and make purchase requisition for necessary materials to ensure materials availability in meeting production needs while minimizing inventory holding/costs
- Manages inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods
- Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner
- Ensure partners and vendors fulfill their service promptly with the correct price
- Identify potential improvement initiatives
- Guides and train Junior Administrators
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in Operations / Supply Chain field
