Order Fulfillment Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Process new orders and order changes within set service level agreements via SAP Order Management System.
- Create and manage Customer business partner records setups required in SAP system.
- Perform proper execution of Order Management processes.
- Participate in projects for process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement and process automation using available tools (e.g. AI, RPA).
- Perform order pricing analysis and be able to assist in collaborating with the Account Manager, Pricing Team and/or Sales to resolve order pricing issue.
- Assist in facilitating order shipment per customer's requested delivery date and to meet corporate quarter-end revenue targets.
- Identify customer order data issues between systems and be able to perform some preliminary investigation before escalating to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline with 1 - 2 years working experience in SAP order management
- Fresh graduates with Diploma / Degree holder are welcome (Training provided)
- Experience in Order Management module in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System Flori Apps platform is an advantage
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills for both oral and written
- Ability to write clear, polite communications via email
- Technologically oriented and receptive to adopting AI.
- Able to multi-task on daily operational responsibilities as well as project related work in a deadline driven environment
