1. Role Summary
The Order Desk Specialist manages end-to-end order operations for APAC distributorsfrom order intake to final shipment and billingworking closely with internal teams to ensure accurate processing, on-time delivery, and smooth customer experience.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall order operations for APAC distributors from order receipt to final shipment
- Receive and review distributor purchase orders (product, quantity, pricing/terms, etc.)
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to confirm and adjust delivery/lead-time schedules
- Work with logistics/warehouse and related teams to release shipping instructions and track shipment progress
- Issue invoices and support accounts receivable follow-up (collections support in coordination with Finance/AR)
- Handle order-related inquiries and support ongoing customer/distributor communication
- Maintain and manage order-related data; identify process improvements through analysis to enhance operational efficiency
- Support other sales operations/admin tasks as required for entity operations
3. Qualification requirements
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales support, order management, inside sales, or customer operations
- Strong coordination skills and ability to consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders and share clear internal updates
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
4. Preferred Conditions
- Experience using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
- Communication skills in Korean
