Location: Jurong/Clementi/Tanjong Pagar (Candidates must be comfortable with rotating across our three clinics in based on the monthly duty roster.)

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 (Commensurate with experience + Profit sharing)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-centric Oral Health Therapist / Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality preventive dental care and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

• Clinical Care: Perform professional scaling, polishing, and root planing (periodontal therapy).

• Preventive Treatments: Administer fluoride applications, pit and fissure sealants, and take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.

• Patient Education: Provide personalized oral hygiene instructions and advice to patients of all ages.

• Whitening & Aesthetics: Assist with or perform in-chair teeth whitening procedures and manage post-treatment care.

• Diagnosis & Management: Conduct initial oral examinations, chart dental conditions, and refer complex cases to dentists/specialists.

• Clinical Standards: Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards.

• Administration: Maintain accurate and detailed digital patient records and treatment notes.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy (from Nanyang Polytechnic or equivalent).

• Registration: Must be a Registered Dental Therapist/Hygienist with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) and possess a valid Practising Certificate.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
