Oracle SCM Analyst

Our client, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, specializing in advanced assembly, packaging, and automation solutions for the electronics industry.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Supply Chain and Distribution functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions while ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.

• Lead business requirements gathering and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and enhance Oracle ERP modules, integrations, reports, workflows, and data migration activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, and testing scripts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and user training.
• Partner with business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support change management initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least three end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Order Management, Pricing, Supplier Portal, and Global Trade Management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations, reporting, and data migration tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI, OIC, PL/SQL, FBDI/ADFDi).
• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle PaaS/SaaS, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel when required for project delivery.
