Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in the SCM Enterprise Application team, this role supports the Oracle ERP implementation & Support program by partnering with the implementation partner, business users, and IT to gather requirements, design, and deliver technology best practices. The role also safeguards the smooth running of critical business processes during project implementation and post-production support.

The success of this position requires to demonstrate strong business acumen and able to influence and collaborate business users with IT. The successful incumbent should have proven experience implementing IT projects, supporting IT Application and with strong analytical skill and strong communication skills

Overview

Reporting to the Manager, SCM Enterprise Application, the Senior Analyst is a key member of the Oracle ERP implementation project team. The role delivers end-to-end functional and technical solutions across the full project lifecycle — Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support — with a strong focus on Oracle ERP integrations, data migrations.

  • Functional delivery: Translate business needs into Oracle ERP solutions across Supply Chain and Distribution processes.
  • Technical delivery: Support design, development, and deployment of integrations, reports, conversions, and customizations.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT to ensure quality, timely, and fit-for-purpose delivery.
  • Operational stability: Ensure business continuity during implementation and provide post-production support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis, driving user discussions and facilitating workshops to elicit business needs.
  • Manage the full solution lifecycle — Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support — ensuring quality at each stage.
  • Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, configuration scripts, functional specifications, and system documentation for new implementations.
  • Support the configuration and development of application objects, workflows, reports, integrations, customizations and data conversion programs.
  • Define functional testing scenarios, prepare test scripts, and execute unit and system integration testing to ensure compliance with user and quality requirements.
  • Deliver user training and workshops to enable adoption and change management.
  • Liaise with business users and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
  • Analyze and resolve complex data and process-related issues; perform change impact analysis for quarterly BAU changes with reference to the project landscape.
  • Support & Manage Production Support issues, triage, prioritize, resolve and prevent recurring issues within SLA.
  • Provide periodic project progress reports to the reporting manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience, including at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS implementations in Supply Chain and Distribution within a global environment.
  • Strong business process knowledge in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Prior experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration is a strong advantage.
  • End-user environment experience required; high-tech manufacturing exposure is a plus.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Distribution modules — Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Purchase Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Pricing, Order Management, Global Trade Management, and RF-SMART (Android experience preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud data structures and data flow; design, development, and integration using BI Publisher, EDI, OTBI Reports & Dashboards, PL/SQL, OAF, ADF, Personalization, APEX, and OIC.
  • Experience with data conversion patterns into Oracle Cloud ERP (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi).
  • Experience delivering Management KPIs, analytics, and dashboard reports.
  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and OSB 12c/11g products such as BPEL.
  • Good understanding of Oracle PaaS and SaaS architecture.
  • Well-versed in SCRUM / Agile project methodology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player, sensitive to team dynamics and multicultural environments.
  • Flexible to travel as required by project needs.
