Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft applications and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PeopleSoft applications.
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules based on client requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using PeopleSoft Integration Tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to PeopleSoft applications.
- Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business processes.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft application development and support.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials, or Supply Chain modules.
- Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and PeopleSoft Integration Tools.
- Experience with SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft security model and data security practices.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
