We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to provide Application Management Services (AMS), system enhancements, integrations, and production support for Oracle PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in supporting enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions.
- Configure, customize, and support Oracle PeopleSoft applications.
- Develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Component Interface, PS Query, SQR, BI Publisher, SQL/PLSQL, and Oracle Database.
- Perform application enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems.
- Prepare and maintain SLA reports and ensure service levels are met.
- Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain modules.
- Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) and production support.
- Experience working in a hybrid support model, with the ability to serve as a dedicated full-time techno-functional resource.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
AMS Scope (Minor Enhancements)
The consultant should be able to deliver and support minor enhancements, including:
- Configuration changes.
- Validation rule updates.
- Workflow and approval routing changes.
- Report modifications (PS Query/BI Publisher).
- Addition of fields to existing screens.
- Small UI improvements.
- SQL updates and data fixes.
- Interface mapping changes.
- Notification and email template updates.
- Performance tuning.
- Security roles and permission adjustments.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- PeopleSoft upgrades and patching.
- Oracle certifications are an advantage.
