Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management, including Learning Catalog, Offerings, Activities, Specializations, and Learning Paths
- Partner with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate L&D and compliance requirements into effective Oracle Learning solutions
- Configure key Learning module components including Assignment Profiles, Compliance Rules, Self-Service Learning Records, and Completion Tracking
- Support integration of e-learning content and third-party platforms using SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards
- Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment across HCM modules
- Support data migration activities including legacy learning history, curriculum data, and course catalog cleansing and loading
- Lead and support SIT, UAT, and cutover activities, providing functional guidance and issue resolution throughout testing cycles
- Provide post-go-live hypercare, knowledge transfer, and advisory support to client teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery quality and learning solution effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning implementation and support, with exposure to full life-cycle projects.
- Strong understanding of L&D and compliance processes, including learning catalog design, assignment rules, and certification management.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and OTBI reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across HR, business, and technology functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Learning or Talent Management.
- Experience integrating Oracle Learning with third-party content providers such as LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone, or Skillsoft.
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, or xAPI e-learning content standards.
- Exposure to Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or Oracle ME for personalized learning experiences.
- Experience with HR transformation, workforce capability frameworks, or skills-based learning programs.
- Experience working in regional or global HCM deployments.
