Job Description

Henderson Security Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experiencedOracle HCM Fusion Lead Consultant to drive HR digital transformationinitiatives. This role focuses on optimizing high-volume recruitment,onboarding, and workforce training for a large, operations-driven workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle HCM Fusion modules, primarily Recruiting (ORC), Learning (OLC), and Onboarding
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with HR and Operations teams to understand hiring, compliance, and workforce needs
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design scalable HR solutions tailored to high-volume, shift-based workforce environments
  • Configure and deploy recruiting workflows, candidate lifecycle processes, onboarding journeys (including documentation, compliance checks, and training enrolment), and learning modules for mandatory certifications and workforce upskilling
  • Design and optimize mass hiring processes to reduce turnaround time for frontline workforce deployment
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (OTBI) for hiring metrics, compliance tracking, and workforce analytics
  • Integrate Oracle HCM with payroll and HR systems, attendance and rostering systems, and background verification vendors
  • Lead UAT cycles, sprint demos, and client workshops
  • Provide training and change management support to HR and business users
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and provide continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), and Oracle Onboarding
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Fusion implementations
  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering and solution design, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with OTBI/BI reporting, HDL and data migration, integrations (APIs, SFTP, third-party tools), and offer letter templates (RTF) and workflows
  • Experience in high-volume hiring environments or manpower-intensive industries (e.g., security, facilities, logistics) is highly preferred
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Recruiting & Talent Management) are preferred to ensure strong product knowledge, reduce delivery risk, and enable effective performance in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
