Job Title: Oracle GTM Functional Lead

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) implementations and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Configure and manage GTM modules including trade compliance, customs compliance, license management, and declaration management.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Support Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and regression testing.
• Define and support integrations with Oracle ERP, Fusion, EBS, SAP, JDE, and other systems.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle GTM.
• Expertise in:
• Restricted Party Screening (RPS/RPLS)
• Product Classification (HTS, HS, ECCN, Schedule B)
• License Management
• Trade Agreement Qualification
• Declaration Management
• Customs Compliance
• Experience in configuring Automation Agents, Compliance Rules, Workbenches, Screen Sets, Service Preferences, and User Roles.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HTTP POST, and CSV integrations.
• Strong understanding of global trade compliance processes.

• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle EBS Order Management & Shipping Execution
• Knowledge of Export Controls, AES Filing, ECCN, and FTZ

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Oracle GTM/OTM certifications are an added advantage.
