Job Summary
Join the Global Financial System (GFS) Team to support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications by analyzing new rollouts, resolving system issues, and enhancing financial processes to drive business efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze new Oracle Fusion Cloud rollouts and business enhancement requirements to design and implement effective solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud technologies
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to users by independently resolving Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial functional issues and leading technical teams to troubleshoot integrations, reports, and customizations
- Review Oracle quarterly updates to assess impacts on existing Fusion configurations and recommend beneficial new features for business improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate system changes and support adoption through clear verbal, presentation, and written communication
- Apply change management principles to ensure smooth transitions during system updates and enhancements
- Analyze business requirements to design solutions and develop system changes that fulfill user needs
- Manage vendor contracts and coordinate contract programmers for technical work (applicable for managerial roles)
- Work creatively and analytically to solve problems within budget and schedule constraints
- Travel globally on occasion as required
- Adapt to occasional work outside regular office hours to meet project and support demands
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules regionally or globally
- Functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets
- Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services and integrations
- Basic knowledge of SFTP, ATP database, and Web/REST services
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Maintenance modules, and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
