Oracle Fusion Cloud OM & Inventory Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with strong hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM) and Inventory Management, along with exposure to Oracle Manufacturing and standard Oracle Fusion Cloud API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, Inventory Management and Manufacturing processes.

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud OM and Inventory Management modules.

• Manage end to end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order processing, order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, order holds, cancellations, revisions, pricing dependencies and returns/RMA.

• Handle inventory transactions and configurations, including inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, inventory reservations, interorganization transfers, movement requests, miscellaneous receipts/issues, cycle counting and physical inventory.

• Understand and support integration between Order Management, Inventory Management and Shipping.

• Work with standard Oracle Fusion Cloud APIs and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems.

• Provide functional support for Oracle Manufacturing processes, including work definitions, work orders, work centers, resources, material consumption, production completion and manufacturing transactions.

• Understand integration touchpoints between Manufacturing, Inventory and Order Management.

• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT and production deployment.

• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios and user documentation.

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with technical and integration teams for resolution.

• Support data migration, FBDI, interfaces and reporting requirements from a functional perspective.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross functional Oracle teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting.

• Strong hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM).

• Strong hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management.

• Good understanding of end to end Order to Cash (O2C) and order fulfillment processes.

• Strong knowledge of inventory transactions, inventory organizations, subinventories, locators and inventory controls.

• Experience in at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation or rollout project.

• Good understanding of integration between OM, Inventory Management and Shipping.

• Working knowledge of standard Oracle Fusion Cloud APIs and integration touchpoints.

• Ability to independently manage configuration, testing, troubleshooting and functional issue resolution.

• Strong communication and customer facing skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.

• Knowledge of manufacturing work definitions, work orders and work execution.

• Understanding of integration with Procurement, Cost Management, Planning or Product Management.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, FBDI/data migration and reporting.

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification
