We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise along with experience in integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure and support Oracle EBS modules such as:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Supply Chain (PO, OM, INV)
(modules can be adjusted based on requirement)
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions
Lead and support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
Work on third-party integrations with Oracle EBS using:
APIs, Interfaces, Web Services
Middleware tools (e.g., SOA, OIC, etc.)
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user training materials
Perform SIT, UAT support, and post-production support
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
Ensure data integrity and compliance with business processes
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Financials and/or SCM)
Experience in Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2
Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations
Good understanding of:
Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound)
APIs and open interfaces
Data migration concepts
Ability to create functional documentation (BRD, FDD, MD50, etc.)
Experience in testing (SIT/UAT) and production support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with integration tools such as Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Knowledge of PL/SQL for better coordination with technical teams
Exposure to reporting tools (XML Publisher, BI Publisher)
Experience in multi-org, multi-currency environments
