Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion / EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical knowledge, along with hands-on support experience in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

. Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS, specifically in Finance and procurement functional modules (SaaS - Fusion preferred).

. Cross-functional understanding of Oracle modules such as Finance, Procurement, HR, and related are as.

. Experience with minor technical modifications, including Oracle reports and interface mappings.

. ProvideL2 support, including triaging incidents, handling service requests, and managing problem tickets.

. Trouble shoot and diagnose production issues, including log verification and job monitoring.

. Provide L3 support, including handling change requests and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

. Strong functional expertise in Oracle Finance and Procurement modules

. Good understanding of Oracle ecosystem and module integrations

. Basic technical knowledge for report customization and interfaces

. Experience in production support environments (L2/L3)

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience with Oracle Fusion (SaaS) implementations

. Exposure to multi-module Oracle environments (Finance, HR, Procurement)
