About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP SCM Functional Lead to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Supply Chain solutions across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, lead system enhancements, and deliver scalable ERP solutions that support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support, troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization for Oracle Cloud ERP SCM modules.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Lead testing activities for new features, enhancements, and quarterly Oracle releases.
Analyze, document, and validate functional specifications, system processes, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with IT and project teams to deliver system improvements and business initiatives.
Drive process improvement workshops and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Support project planning, solution design reviews, and effort estimations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
Strong functional expertise across Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing modules.
Experience managing Oracle quarterly releases, user training, and change adoption activities.
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP security and access controls.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Experience within manufacturing or semiconductor environments is highly preferred.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
