Oracle ADF Application Support Developer

Responsibilities

. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Oracle ADF is required.

. Additionally, beginner proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and PL/SQL (Programming Language) is suggested.

. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.

. Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.

. Provide training and support to team members on system updates and changes.

. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

. Degree / Diploma in Computer Programming or related discipline, with more than 4 year of relevant working experience

. Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development, including form triggers, built-ins, libraries, and runtime configuration.

. Hands-on experience in Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) for building and maintaining web-based enterprise applications.

. Solid expertise in PL/SQL programming, Oracle Database schema design, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.

. Proven experience supporting or modernising legacy Oracle applications and integrating them with newer platforms.

. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and structured testing methodologies.

. Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications in environments using WebLogic or equivalent Oracle middleware technologies.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months Agency Contract employment.
