Jobscope
- Provide customers with professional advice on product, service related quiries, complaints and feedbacks
- Work closely with the commercial team as a Lens expert providing advise to eye care practitioners and internal stakeholders
- Provide advise or recommendation to customers regarding products or services enquiries via various communication channels
- Provide troubleshooting support over the phone or occasionally on-site support
- Resolve customer and/or consumers queries or complaints via phone, email or any other platforms
- Assist customer in checking of job status and update / follow-up accordingly
- Support on administrative tasks
Key Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Optometry or Opticianry certification
- Min 2 years of optical or related work experience
- Detailed orientated and high level of accuracy
- Strong technical knowledge and passionate about Optics
