Job Description
We are a primary eye care centre providing comprehensive eye examinations and advanced optical solutions, including myopia control, specialty lenses, and vision care services.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Optical Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in frame selection and styling
- Recommend suitable ophthalmic lenses (training provided)
- Explain lens features including progressive lenses, myopia control, and specialty lenses
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term patient relationships
- Support daily retail operations and inventory management
- Work closely with optometrists to ensure smooth patient flow
Requirements
- Prior experience in optical retail or sales preferred
- Candidates from retail (fashion, healthcare, premium products) are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to recommend suitable products
