Ops Analyst (Cash Equities)

We're looking for anOps Analyst (Cash Equities)to provide operational support for Agency Trading desks and ensure seamless equity trade processing across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational support to Agency Trading desks.
• Handle trade allocations and confirmation processes for institutional clients across Asia ex-Japan equity markets.
• Accurately book transactions, investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, and respond to client queries within agreed service levels.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and report issues in a timely manner.
• Follow control frameworks, highlight risk exposures, and implement corrective measures to close gaps.
• Foster strong working relationships with trading desks, clients, and other Operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in investment banking Operations, ideally within cash equities.
• Strong understanding of the trade life cycle and interactions among internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and quantitative skills; proactive, resilient under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective collaborator who can also work independently.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Risk-aware and control-focused, with an understanding of the impact of operational errors.
