OPERATOR (SINGAPORE POOLS RETAILER)

Job Description & Requirements:

Able to work independently and as a team. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.

Duties: TIM Operator (Part Time/Full Time)

• Perform counter sales duty for betting products, namely Toto, 4D, Big Sweep, Sports and Tote bets.
• Attend to customer queries.
• Process prize claims for winning tickets.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the TIM booth area.
• Prior training with Singapore Pools is an advantage, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Able to work rotating shifts

Requirement: Age must be above 21 years old (Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident)
