Operator- Production

Location: Tuas, Singapore

• Schedule: 4-day work week (approximately 15 workdays per month) on a rotating shift pattern.

• Shift Timing:

  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

• Daily Breaks: Enjoy 2 paid tea breaks and a full 1-hour meal break.

• Rest & Recharge: Benefit from 11 days of annual leave, plus approximately 15 rest days monthly due to the shift schedule. Optional overtime is available.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor advanced automated production equipment.

• Perform material handling, tooling changes, and routine machine checks.

• Conduct quality inspections on finished batteries to ensure excellence.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Collaborate with your team and supervisors to troubleshoot and enhance processes.

What We Offer You

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: $2,700 - $3,300 (inclusive of overtime and shift allowance).

Shift Allowance: Up to $15/day (Day Shift) | Up to $25/day (Night Shift).

Bonus Package: 13th-month pay and a performance bonus of up to 2 months.

Practical Support: Free shuttle bus from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT stations.
