OPERATIONS TRAFFIC CONTROLLER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage fleet of heavy vehicles to ensure availability and serviceability to meet daily operational demands.
• Plan and allocate/deploy drivers and vehicles, updating the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Review schedules and routing to ensure drivers meet client requirements.
• Resolve operational issues faced by drivers, customers, or site personnel.
• Maintain close communication with customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on driver performance.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and performance enhancement strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• No prior experience required training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to support shift rotations.
• Relevant experience in Operations is an advantage.
