Operations Technician*2 (Critical Facilites / 12hr Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a Operations Technician to support the day-to-day operations of a mission-critical environment. This role involves monitoring facility infrastructure, responding to operational incidents, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring service delivery, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 24/7 operational activities through a rotating shift schedule.
• Monitor site infrastructure and operational systems to ensure business continuity and service availability.
• Respond to operational incidents, perform first-level troubleshooting, and escalate issues where required.
• Deliver on-site support services in accordance with operational procedures and service commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities, incidents, and requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to support maintenance and project activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational documentation.
• Support emergency response activities and business continuity procedures when required.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient operating environment.

Requirements

• ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, IT, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in facility operations, critical environments, infrastructure, technical support, or related operational roles is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of building services, facilities operations, or technical infrastructure.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts and support operational requirements when needed.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to No Experience (OJT) and candidates with relevant internship experience
