Operations & Technical Support Executive (Drafter)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing AutoCAD and SketchUp drawings when required (minimal frequency)
2. Assist in preparing quotations
3. Update warehouse inventory lists
4. Assist with incoming product cargo handling
5. Attend trade exhibitions in the region when required
6. Liaise with the installation supervisor and installer team for project site installations
7. Attend and support mock-up demonstrations for product usage and functions
8. Undertake any other tasks as assigned by QS
9. Assist in communication and coordination with overseas suppliers, mainly from Malaysia and China
10. Maintain and update product catalogues, PowerPoint presentations, and pricing reference documents (pricing bible)

Requirements:

• Candidate who are willing to learn but without relevant working experience can apply.
• Min Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers)
• Must know AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel within the region for exhibitions or project requirements
