Education / Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related fields
- > 8 years work experience with minimum 5 years in IT Service Management and Technical Delivery.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Job Description:
- Oversee the end-to-end IT technical delivery, ensuring all infrastructure and security services meet performance and availability benchmarks.
- Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices across Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
- Manage and provide technical direction for infrastructure and Security-related projects, ensuring they stay on track and within scope.
- Champion a user-centric approach to IT services, ensuring technical solutions translate into a positive and efficient experience for the end-users.
- Lead and mentor a team engineers (Network, System, and Cyber), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Technical Skill Sets:
IT Service Management (ITSM): ITIL Certification (v3/v4), SLA/OLA Management, and Service Level Reporting.
Infrastructure & Security Delivery: Oversight of Cisco Networking, VMware/Windows/RHEL Systems, and Cyber Security Stacks (Firewalls/SIEM/EDR).
Management: Lifecycle Management for Security Initiatives, Infrastructure Migrations, and System Upgrades.
Operational Governance: IT Compliance, Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning, and Business Continuity (BCP).
