What you'll do

Lead a team early in your career. Supervise warehouse staff, run on-the-job training, and make sure processes are followed and data is processed accurately.
Deliver a high-profile programme. Ensure the programme meets delivery timelines, inventory integrity and documentation standards.
Manage the numbers. Control material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime so the operation runs cost-effectively.
Handle customers with confidence. Manage customer complaints and act as a trusted point of contact.
Make things better. Gather feedback from staff and customers, turn it into process improvements, and document clear work instructions.

What we're looking for

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners and to balance diplomacy with assertiveness
A data-driven mindset, making decisions based on facts and metrics and drawing actionable insights from reports
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, plus familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, SAP or similar ERP tools
A positive, team-oriented attitude, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
Attention to detail, plus an analytical and innovative way of thinking
