Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

Equipment & Preparation

• Check, test, and prepare event items and equipment before deployment

• Troubleshoot basic technical or mechanical issues and perform simple repairs when needed

• Ensure all items are clean, complete, and in good working condition

Event Setup & Teardown

• Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and teardown of event equipment

• Follow setup plans and timelines to ensure smooth event execution

• Ensure proper packing and return of equipment after events

On-Site Event Support

• Provide on-site operational support during events

• Respond quickly to issues or changes during events

• Support event crew and clients to ensure a positive event experience

General Operations Support

• Assist with warehouse or storage organisation when required

• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times

• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
