Operations Support Officer # Sin Ming Place

• Opening & closing of venues and classrooms in the college
• Traffic control, opening and closing of school gates and performing gates duties
• Arming & disarming of school security system
• Cleaning duties
• Logistical support for school events, functions and examinations including moving of furniture
• Performing gate duties during school arrival and during times ofheavy traffic
• Supervising contractors carrying out at work in the college.
• Any aspects of estate management and other work as assigned

Qualification

• The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications skills and experience:
• Preferably completed at least Primary School education orequivalent.
• Preferably with prior working experience in school environment
• Be in good health, with no physical limitations that would impede daily operational duties
• Able to understand and converse in simple English Language
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions
