Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Support professional to provide day-to-day operational and infrastructure support for a data-intensive analytics platform. The role includes application production support and end-user support, ensuring systems run smoothly and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations and infrastructure support for the analytics platform.
• Monitor applications and systems to ensure availability and performance.
• Support production issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot application, data, and access-related issues.
• Provide support to end users and address queries or system problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
• Maintain basic documentation and follow support processes.
