Key Responsibilities:
- Support all requirements on Resident Management with the Operations to ensure that the Company premises meet the Landlord's, Licensing and/or Regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on the procurement of goods and parts to support the operations of the dormitories and the documentation of the procurement administration
- Collaborate with respective functions of the Operations to monitor dormitory supplies and ensure timely procurement of essentials
- Maintain accurate records of resident registration, occupancy and movement
- Maintain utility management systems, resident management system and administrative records
- Facilitate the communication between with residents and residents employers on accommodation matters
- Prepare correspondence, notices and circulars for residents, residents employers and dormitory staff
- Coordinate various administrative duties, including but not limited to minutes taking, invoicing, data entries and document management
- Prepare and submit reports on finances, occupancy and administrative matters
- Support welfare programs, events and activities that promote the well-being of the residents and staff
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in administrative or operations roles within hospitality, facilities, or dormitory management is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with good follow-through
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills able to work respectfully with migrant workers, stakeholders, vendors and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Proficient in spoken and written English ability to communicate in additional languages such as Tamil, Bengali or Mandarin is an advantage
- Good computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
