Experience in managing day-to-day website update, including publishing content, images, and pages using a CMS
Understanding in using web analytics tools to monitor traffic and performance.
Experience in performing ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in accordance with SLAs using a ticketing system (Eg. JIRA).
