Operations Support Engineer (Contract Role)

We are looking for an Operations Support Engineer to support and maintain applications within our client's cloud-based environment. This role is offered on a 1-year contract, renewable annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and system support in production environments

• Manage and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis

• Work closely with engineering teams on deployments and system improvements

• Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability

Requirements

• Experience with Azure (GCC preferred)

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and React applications

• Experience working in Agile / Sprint environments

• Familiar with Incident Management and Problem Management (ITSM / ITIL)

• Prior GovTech / GCC environment experience is a plus
